Building Strength That Lasts—For Over a Decade

I'm Mitch, the founder of Fully Fit and a fitness coach who's spent more than 10 years helping real people build sustainable strength.

I hold a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from Baldwin Wallace University and have worked with everyone from complete beginners to competitive athletes.

But my favorite clients? Busy parents who refuse to let fitness take over their lives.

How I Got Here

2016

CTOWN Fitness

My coaching career started at CTOWN Fitness, where I cut my teeth doing personal training and group class programming. I also completed the Active Life Immersion Course to deepen my coaching toolkit.

2020

The Remote Programming Shift

During the shutdown, I pivoted hard into remote programming—writing individualized programs for clients to do at home. That's when I realized something important.

2022

Head Coach at Elevate St. Pete

From 2022 to 2025, I served as head coach at Elevate St. Pete, refining my approach to building programs that actually work in the real world.

Why I Started Fully Fit

Building Fully Fit has always been a dream of mine. I was tired of watching people fail with programs that weren't built for their lives.

The fitness industry sells extremes: 6-day splits, restrictive meal plans, before-and-after transformations that disappear the moment life gets busy.

I wanted to build something different.

Fully Fit exists to help busy people build real strength without sacrificing what matters most.

I'm a new dad living in Florida with my wife Reba and our daughter Olivia.
