I'm Mitch.
Strength coach for over a decade. Follower of Jesus, husband to Reba, girl dad, garage gym lifter. I build programs for people whose workout isn't the most important thing they'll do today. Mine isn't either.
A decade of coaching. A new season of life.
I hold a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from Baldwin Wallace University and have spent 10+ years coaching: group classes, personal training, and one-on-one online programming. I've worked with complete beginners and competitive athletes, and written more programs than I can count.
In my 20s, training was the center of my world. I had the time, the energy, and honestly, not much else competing for either. Then life got fuller, in the best way. I'm 34 now. A husband, a dad, a homeowner. These days I train in my garage somewhere between work calls and bedtime stories, and that shift has taught me more about writing programs than any certification ever did.
Before any of that, though, I'm a follower of Jesus. My faith isn't a side note to how I coach. It's the root of it. The way I care about people, the honesty I bring to this work, the belief that consistency and faithfulness in small things matter more than flash. All of that is an extension of who He is and who He's called me to be.
So here's what I've landed on: the programs that survive real life aren't the most impressive ones on paper. They're the ones built to bend without breaking. That's what I write now, because it's what I live.
The road so far.

Cut my teeth on personal training and group class programming. Completed the Active Life Immersion Course to deepen the coaching toolkit.

2020
The Remote Shift
When gyms shut down, I pivoted hard into remote programming, writing individualized plans for clients training at home. That's when I saw what actually sticks when no one's watching.

Head Coach, Elevate St. Pete
Three years leading programming and coaching for a full gym community. Refined the approach that became Fully Fit: simple, progressive, built for real schedules.

Fully Fit
Went all-in on the thing I'd been building toward for years: programs and coaching for people who want to be strong without making the gym their whole life.
"The best programs aren't the most complex ones. They're the ones people can actually stick with."
— Mitch.
The rest of the week.
- My faith comes first. I'm a Jesus follower, and everything I value flows from that: how I treat people, how I coach, how I show up.
- Home is Florida with my wife Reba and our daughter Olivia, with another little girl on the way. They're the reason "45 minutes, three days a week" isn't just a tagline for me.
- You'll find me behind the drums on Sundays, playing on the worship team at our church.
- I'm a competitive amateur golfer. It's my reset button, and I take it just seriously enough to keep it fun.
- I ran my first half marathon in 2025. Proof that I'll still chase a goal that scares me a little.
- I train in my garage gym, running the same programs I sell, with the same time constraints you have.
Let's get to work.
Start with the 3-Day program, or apply for coaching if you want me in your corner one-on-one.
